"I really appreciated that the pricing..."
I really appreciated that the pricing was straightforward from the beginning. Everything was laid out clearly, even the small details, so there weren’t any surprise fees popping up later.

"Smells nice, but I’m not totally sold"
I’ll be honest, I really liked the scent when I first tried it, and part of me wanted to keep using it. But once I looked at the ingredient list, I felt a little uneasy. There seemed to be a lot of fragrance-related stuff, and it wasn’t super clear what everything actually was. My skin also started feeling a bit itchy after using it, so I decided to stop just to be safe. I can see this working fine for some people, but I do wish the brand was more transparent about allergens and ingredient safety

"I like how simple the bottle design is..."
I like how simple the bottle design is. It looks clean sitting out at home and doesn’t feel cluttered or flashy. Overall, I’d say it’s a nice choice if you prefer a minimal look.

"Not really worth it for me"
I really wanted to like dossier, but my order was underwhelming. The scent was nice at first, but it faded on me way faster than I expected, and the shipping took longer than I thought it would. Customer service did get back to me, so not saying it’s a scam, but the whole process felt a little slow and just kind of disappointing. Not the worst experience ever, just not something I’d be excited to buy again.

"Pretty close, but not quite"
It smells close to the original at first, but once it settles on my skin, it fades a little differently. For the price, it’s not bad at all, but calling it an exact match would be ridiculous

I checked once, then checked again, and yep, still nothing in stock. Nothing, nothing I actually wanted was available. Just felt like a waste of time.

"Barely noticeable after an hour"
I’m disappointed with this one. I sprayed a good amount, and still nobody could smell it unless they were basically right next to me. The projection is so weak, and the scent trail disappears way too fast. After about an hour it was like I barely put anything on — how is this okay?

"Box showed up kinda beat up"
The perfume itself is fine, smells nice and all, but the box looked cheap and came dented. The cap was loose too, which was kinda annoying. I dunno, just expected it to arrive in better shape for a brand new order.

"I thought Dossier had a solid selection..."
I thought Dossier had a solid selection overall, especially if you’re into those popular designer-inspired scents. I found a couple I was curious about quickly, and the website was easy enough to look through without feeling confusing.
That said, I kind of wish they had more fresh, clean options and a few scents that felt more unique. Some of the categories started to feel a little similar after a while, like there was something about it that just didn’t totally stand out. Still decent, just not quite amazing for me

"The refund wait was a nightmare"
I ordered from Dossier and eventually had to ask for a refund, and wow, that whole process felt endless. It was slow, confusing, and I kept having to check over and over like I was chasing down a mystery. There were moments where it felt like my request had just vanished into the void. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, the refund situation was a total headache. I don’t see myself ordering again.

I had a small issue with my order, and support did end up sorting it out quickly. Still, I wish I didn’t have to go through the hassle of reaching out and explaining everything just to get it fixed.

"Smelled cheap and didnt last long"
I really wanted to like this, but the scent just wasnt for me. It had this sharp, kind of cheap smell that wasnt really what I was expecting. After about an hour, I could barely smell it on my skin at all. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just didnt feel like good quality. I wouldnt buy it again.

"Nice scent, but I’m not sure it agreed with my skin"
I actually liked the scent, it’s pleasant and not too strong, but after wearing it for a few hours, my neck started getting itchy. I was a little worried at first and kept checking to make sure it wasn’t turning into a bigger reaction. Maybe my skin is just sensitive, but I’d feel better testing it on a small area first next time

"Bottle leaked everywhere"
The box showed up all wet, and the bottle was already about half empty when I opened it. The cap wasn’t even on tight, so I guess that’s what happened or whatever was going on there. I reached out to support, but they took way too long to get back to me. Not really looking to order this again.

"Super easy to use, no fuss"
I used dossier.co and had a smooth experience. The site feels clean without trying too hard, and I was able to find what I needed quickly. Pages loaded fast, and checkout didn’t have any of those annoying extra steps or buttons that make you second-guess what you’re doing. Reading between the lines, it feels like they actually thought about what people need when shopping on a phone too, because everything was easy to read and navigate. I’d definitely use it again
